Legal Services Program

This program endeavors to provide pro bono legal representation or referral to service members and civilians who were sexually harassed or sexually assaulted by a member of the U.S. military, were retaliated against for reporting, and/or were a whistleblower.

We cannot guarantee that you will receive legal representation,
though we will do our best to determine how best we might be able to assist.

Protect Our Defenders serves those who have been affected by military sexual violence, victim retaliation, sexual prejudice, and racism regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability, or any other uniquely defining attribute.
